Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour (blended rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup apple puree
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

    Mix batter

    Combine oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix banana, apple puree, egg, and milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients.

    Bake

    Pour into a greased mini muffin tin. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool and serve

    Cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
