Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup besan (chickpea flour)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp grated zucchini or carrot
  • 1 tbsp crumbled paneer (optional)
  • Tiny pinch of cumin
  • 1 tsp oil or ghee

Instructions

    Make batter

    Mix besan with water to form a smooth, pourable batter. Add grated veggies, paneer, and cumin. Rest for 2 minutes.

    Cook

    Pour small portions onto a greased pan. Spread gently into a thin circle. Cook on medium heat, flip when set.

    Cut and serve

    Cut into finger-sized strips for toddlers. Serve warm with a tiny bit of yogurt on the side.
