- 1/4 cup moong dal (green gram)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
- 1 tbsp boiled corn kernels
- 1 tbsp crumbled paneer (optional)
- Pinch of cumin powder
- Salt to taste (minimal)
Instructions

Boil moong dal until very soft and mushy.
