Chapati with Seasonal Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- Water as needed
- 2 cups mixed seasonal vegetables (potato, peas, lauki, pumpkin, carrot, beans)
- 1 tsp oil or ghee
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- Pinch of turmeric
- Salt to taste (minimal)
Instructions

Make dough
Make soft chapati dough with flour and water. Rest for 15 minutes.

Cook vegetables
Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Add vegetables with turmeric and cook until very soft.

Roll and cook chapati
Roll thin chapatis and cook on tawa. Apply ghee while warm to keep soft.

Serve together
Serve warm chapati pieces with mashed vegetables.
