- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp fresh fruit puree (mango, banana, or pear)

Stir chia seeds into milk. Add fruit puree and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and pudding-like.
