Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp fresh fruit puree (mango, banana, or pear)

Instructions

    Mix and refrigerate

    Stir chia seeds into milk. Add fruit puree and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and pudding-like.

    Give it a stir before serving. Top with soft fruit pieces if desired.
