Coconut Water Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh coconut water
  • 2 tbsp small fruit pieces (mango, strawberry, or watermelon)

Instructions

    Fill moulds

    Drop tiny fruit pieces into popsicle moulds. Pour coconut water over them.

    Freeze

    Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until completely solid.

    Serve

    Run the mould under warm water for a few seconds to release. Serve immediately.
