Ingredients

  • 2 slices soft bread, crusts removed
  • 2 tbsp crumbled paneer
  • 2 tbsp finely diced cucumber
  • 1 tbsp finely diced tomato (deseeded)
  • Tiny pinch of cumin powder (optional)

Instructions

    Make paneer spread

    Mash crumbled paneer with a fork until smooth. Mix in cucumber and tomato. Add a tiny pinch of cumin if your toddler is used to mild spices.

    Spread onto one slice of bread. Top with the second slice. Cut into small squares or use a cookie cutter for fun shapes.
