Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup mango or mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup milk or yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oats (optional)
  • 1-2 slices soft bread or paneer toast

Instructions

    Blend smoothie

    Blend banana, fruit, milk or yogurt, and oats until smooth. Serve in a cup with a straw.

    Prepare toast

    Toast bread lightly. Spread with a little butter or serve as soft untoasted fingers for younger toddlers.

    Serve together

    Offer the smoothie alongside toast fingers. Let your toddler dip the toast into the smoothie if they like!
