Ingredients
- 1 cup idli batter
- 2 tbsp finely grated carrot
- 1 tbsp finely grated beetroot
- 1 tbsp finely chopped spinach
- 1/2 tsp oil
Instructions

Make veggie batter
Mix all grated vegetables into the idli batter with a little oil.

Steam
Pour into mini idli moulds. Steam for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

Serve
Cool slightly and remove from moulds. Serve with a little ghee or mild coconut chutney.
