Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water or milk
- 2 tbsp finely chopped vegetables (carrot, pumpkin)
- 1 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste (minimal)

Steam or boil vegetables until very soft.

Boil oats with water/milk until soft and creamy, about 8-10 minutes.
