Paneer Paratha Fingers

Soft mini paneer-stuffed parathas cut into strips — for toddlers who wake up actually hungry in summer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1 tbsp finely grated carrot (optional)
  • Pinch of cumin powder
  • Water to knead
  • 1 tsp ghee for cooking

Instructions

    Make dough and filling

    Knead flour with water into a soft dough. Mix crumbled paneer with carrot and cumin for the filling.

    Stuff and roll

    Take a small ball of dough, flatten, add a little filling, seal the edges, and gently roll into a small paratha.

    Cook and cut

    Cook on a pan with a little ghee on both sides until lightly golden and soft. Cut into finger strips.
