Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rajma (kidney beans), soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp ghee
- Pinch of cumin powder
- Pinch of turmeric
- Salt to taste (minimal)
Instructions

Cook rajma
Pressure cook soaked rajma until very soft and mushy.

Cook rice
Cook rice separately until soft and fluffy.

Prepare rajma curry
Mash cooked rajma slightly, add chopped tomatoes and mild spices. Cook until soft.

Serve rice with mashed rajma curry.
