Ingredients
- 1/4 cup suji (semolina / rava)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 3 tbsp milk or curd
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tsp ghee for cooking

Make batter
Mix suji, mashed banana, and milk or curd together. Rest for 5 minutes to let suji absorb liquid. Add a pinch of cinnamon if using.

Heat a pan with a little ghee. Drop small spoonfuls of batter. Cook on low-medium heat until set on top, then flip. Keep them soft — not crispy.

Serve warm with a side of fresh fruit or a tiny dollop of yogurt.
