Soft Vegetable Paratha with Curd

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- Water as needed
- Filling: 1 boiled potato OR 1/4 cup paneer OR mixed vegetables
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste (minimal)
- Ghee for cooking
- Fresh curd for serving
Instructions

Prepare dough
Make soft dough with flour and water. Rest for 15 minutes.

Make filling
Mash potato or paneer with mild spices. Mix well.

Stuff and roll
Roll small portions of dough, add filling, seal and roll gently into small parathas.

Cook with ghee
Cook on medium heat with ghee until golden spots appear. Serve with curd.
