Ingredients
- 1/2 cup thick poha (flattened rice)
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- 2 tbsp peas (soft boiled)
- 1 tsp ghee
- Tiny pinch of turmeric
- Water for washing poha

Prepare poha
Rinse poha in water for 1-2 minutes until soft. Drain well.

Cook
Heat ghee in a pan. Add turmeric, then carrot and peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add soaked poha and mix gently on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Serve warm
Serve warm. Keep spices very mild — poha should be soft and easy to swallow.
