Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet potato, boiled and mashed
  • 1 tbsp rice flour (optional, for binding)
  • Pinch of cumin powder
  • Salt to taste (minimal)
  • 1 tsp oil for cooking

Instructions

    Mash boiled sweet potato and mix with rice flour and mild spices.

    Form small, flat round patties from the mixture.
