Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or curd
  • 1/4 cup mango puree or mashed strawberries
  • 1 tbsp banana (for sweetness)

Instructions

    Blend

    Blend yogurt, fruit puree, and banana until smooth.

    Freeze

    Pour into popsicle moulds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4-6 hours.

    Serve

    Unmould and serve immediately as a cold summer treat.
